Human Resources Assistant Manager

Job Function: The Human resource manager is responsible in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s business direction. He or she will manage the overall HR function in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the overall human resource facets Manages end to end recruitment process based on the company’s requirements Facilitates training needs analysis, designs and implements the annual training plan Conducts salary and employee benefits review, proposes improvement as needed Facilitates annual appraisal of employees Processes confidential payroll Checks non-confidential timekeeping and payroll Oversees employee discipline, internal communication and corporate events Ensures labor and legal compliance HR system management (SAP) In-charge of health and wellness of employees Proposes and implements company policies and HR projects Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or human resources management, or equivalent. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience in educating and coaching staff. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. Ability to give presentations during Managers' Meeting Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
