Senior Project Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities: Project Delivery : Support/ manage or lead the company’s development projects, spanning the full development lifecycle from design feasibility and planning through to construction and completion. Project Governance: Report directly to management; develop and oversee detailed real estate project work programs, milestones, and deliverables. Performance Management: Manage the performance and coordination of all consultancies, main contractors, sub-contractors, and external vendors to ensure high standards of quality and service. Site Supervision: Regularly attend site visits to monitor day-to-day site progress, strictly oversee quality control of workmanship and materials, enforce site safety standards, and immediately identify and resolve on-site technical defects. Progress & Cost Control: Rigorously monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within the approved budget, while ensuring full compliance with the design brief, specified quality standards, and all statutory requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (including Sales, Marketing, and Accounts) and external stakeholders (Government Authorities, Bureaus, and Consultants) to manage project-related issues and ensure seamless delivery. Requirements: Education & Qualification: Degree holder in Architecture, Building Surveying, or related disciplines. Experience: 5 years or above of solid experience in Project Management within property developers or major consultancy firms. Project Expertise: Proven experience in managing full-cycle property development projects. Comprehensive knowledge of planning, design, construction, project management, and building regulations in Hong Kong. Direct experience in the development of Hotel or Student Hostel or hotel projects is a plus, but not a must. Competencies: A self-driven, independent problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset; capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. For senior appointments, demonstrated strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage complex project portfolios. Dynamic, flexible, and willing to grow with the company, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Candidate will be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Assistant Project Manager based on their qualifications, relevant experience, project exposure, and overall capability.
