Responsibilities Prepare tender docs, evaluate contractor bids, perform cost analyses, and execute value engineering to maximize savings without compromising quality. Lead vendor sourcing, evaluate subcontractor quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain material/equipment procurement logs. Manage contractor contracts, assess Variation Orders, certify payments, settle final accounts, and resolve contractual issues. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, IT, Business Units) to align procurement with bank compliance and operational needs. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. HKIS / RICS membership is a plus. 3–5 years in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Cost Management focused on Corporate Fit-out, Commercial Renovation, or Data Centre projects . (Candidates from Consultancies or Main Contractors are welcome). Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and contract review skills. Proficient in English and Cantonese.
