Senior Sourcing Executive (Food Export)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Local Sourcing Executive to identify, develop, and manage reliable suppliers across Thailand to support our food export business. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Thailand's food manufacturing landscape and a strong network of suppliers across diverse food categories, including agricultural commodities, meat, seafood, beverages, snacks, frozen foods, and processed foods. This role requires someone who knows where and how to source products efficiently, works directly with manufacturers, and can quickly turn customer requirements into viable sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development (60%) Source Thai food products based on customer and market requirements. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable manufacturers, processors, farms, and OEM partners across Thailand. Build and maintain a strong supplier network while continuously expanding sourcing channels. Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, pricing, and export readiness. Supplier & Commercial Management (25%) Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with manufacturers. Build long-term relationships with suppliers and conduct factory visits when required. Coordinate product development, sampling, and customized solutions with suppliers. Export Support & Market Intelligence (15%) Support the sales team in identifying suitable products and sourcing solutions for international customers. Coordinate export-related requirements, including packaging, certifications, and documentation. Monitor market trends and identify new products and sourcing opportunities. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field. 5+ years of sourcing experience in the Thai food industry. Strong network of Thai food manufacturers and suppliers across multiple food categories. Proven ability to source products independently and communicate directly with factories. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and export requirements is an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
