Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3–5 years of sales experience in security solutions and/or fire protection solutions. Experience in selling solutions for data centres, critical facilities, or industrial projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Thermal Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm Systems, and Fire Suppression Systems. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience working with contractors, consultants, system integrators, or end users is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to build strong customer relationships. Good command of English. Own car and valid driving license are preferred. Willing to travel for customer visits and project discussions.
