Senior Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities: Monitor stock level and optimize inventory turndays Analyze product performance and align with sales team to prepare demand and supply forecast Manage vendors to ensure stable, sufficient supply and on-time delivery to meet the company’s goals and promotion campaigns Properly manage products’ phase in and phase out to minimize excess stock Coordinate with different teams for order processing and order management Responsible for inventory, production and logistics cost monitoring Liaise with internal and external parties to get alignment on demand forecast and order placement Assist in ad hoc duties as required by supervisor Requirements: Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 5 years in supply chain management Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage Strong business acumen and analytical skills A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage Experience in SAP system is an advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Executive We offer 5 - day work week Birthday Leave Medical Benefits Discretionary Annual Merit Bonus Staff Purchase Discounts Staff Recreation Activity Shuttle Bus Service Education Sponsorship Interested parties please send a full resume with current and expected salary by email or click APPLY NOW.
