Federation TAFE - Ballarat Campus Casual appointment Rates of pay will vary according to the qualifications held and nature of the work undertaken About the role Responsible for the development, teaching and assessment of Horticulture TAFE programs. You will: conduct assessments within Horticulture related programs; develop innovative learning activities and assessment strategies; use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies; and prepare, deliver and administer vocational training and education programs. About you To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated: a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education; possession of a vocational qualification relevant to the trade; exemplary communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively utilise online learning platforms and technologies; and ability to deliver daytime and evening classes is preferred. It is a requirement of this position that you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education. All University positions must hold a valid Employer Working with Children Check (WWCC).
