Senior Chemist (Textile) - BKK (ID: 707169)

Responsibilities: Accompany Business Development manager/ Sales Manager for technical advising when visit client Conduct experiments, tests, and chemical property analyses of products to ensure compliance with specified product standards. Research and develop adhesive products for the textile industry, including applications such as spray, printing, lamination, impregnation, flocking, finishing, leather, and coating. Test and improve existing products to enhance their quality and performance in line with customer requirements and market competitiveness. Provide technical services by conducting joint visits with the sales team to introduce the technical aspects of new products to customers, as well as to troubleshoot technical issues for both domestic and international clients. Improve existing products to enhance quality and reduce production costs. Develop and innovate new chemical products to meet customer needs. Prepare product samples as requested by the sales department for customer delivery. Conduct experiments to identify solutions to technical and quality issues arising during production and usage. Prepare analytical reports based on product testing results for submission to VP Product & Business Development. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the chemical laboratory to ensure a safe working environment. perform other duties as assigned by VP Product & Business. Requirements: Bachelor degree graduated in chemistry, chemical engineer, Material Scient or related field At least direct experience of 3 - 5 years as R&D, Technical Sales Engineer, or Sr. Chemist in latex/chemical industry with strong client base in Textile manufacturing. Must have Client fronting experience. Knowledge of industry competitors and strategies in technical textile segments is a must. Good command in English (report to International management and communicate with oversea client) Own personal car with driving license Can travel extensively both domestic and international. Experience in Product development is prefer.
