We are looking for a proactive IT Officer to support our technology needs across hardware and software in Tuen Mun and Dongguan Office under the GBA Youth Employment Scheme. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and assist in developing tech-driven solutions that contribute to overall business growth. The position requires frequent travel to China to support cross-border operations and projects. Key responsibilities IT Support & Maintenance Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and peripherals. Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity measures. Software & Systems Management Assist in deploying and updating business applications. Help troubleshoot software issues and optimize workflows. Tech-Driven Solutions Work with teams to explore and implement digital tools that enhance efficiency and support business growth. Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Documentation & Compliance Maintain IT asset records and ensure software licensing compliance. Support adherence to IT policies and security standards. Cross-Border Support Travel frequently to China to provide on-site IT support and coordinate technology projects. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role. Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and common business software. Interest in technology innovation and business solutions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently to Dongguan Office as per GBA Scheme
