We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources and Workplace Operations across our Headquarters, Warehouse, and Retail Stores. This role is responsible for end-to-end HR functions, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, expatriate management, and workplace experience, while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth. Lead workforce planning and headcount management across Headquarters, Warehouse, and Retail Store operations. Analyze manpower requirements and provide recommendations on organizational structure and workforce optimization. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Ensure timely hiring of qualified talent across all functions and levels. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus administration, social security, and employee insurance. Provide recommendations on compensation structures and market competitiveness. Employee Relations & HR Operations Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers on people-related issues. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Compliance & Expatriate Management Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and relevant employment regulations. Manage and coordinate visa and work permit applications, renewals, and related processes for expatriate employees, including BOI-sponsored employees. Liaise with government agencies and external service providers regarding immigration and employment matters. HR Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, and workforce analytics for management review. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Workplace Experience & Administration Oversee workplace operations and office administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive working environment for employees. Manage office facilities, workspace planning, office vendors, supplies, and employee amenities. Partner with relevant stakeholders to maintain workplace health, safety, and security standards. Lead employee engagement initiatives and activities that promote a positive employee experience and company culture. Support office expansion, relocation, and workplace improvement projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure to recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices. Hands-on experience managing payroll and compensation & benefits administration. Experience handling visa and work permit processes for expatriates, particularly under BOI privileges, is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end HR functions in a lean organization. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
