Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Strategy & Business Performance • Own the retail revenue plan and deliver monthly and annual revenue against budget across all branches and channels. • Translate company targets into rate, mix, channel, and demand strategies by season and by branch. • Analyze commercial performance and present revenue recovery and growth actions to the Managing Director. 2. Revenue & Yield Management • Set and optimize daily rates, fleet-mix pricing, and channel allocation to maximize RevPAC (Revenue Per Available Car) and total contribution margin — not ADR alone. • Lead demand forecasting and dynamic pricing across high-season and low-season cycles. • Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to inform tactical pricing decisions. 3. Channel & Partnership Management • Own all retail sales channels — direct, OTA (Klook, Trip.com, Rentalcars.com, etc.), walk-in, and digital. • Negotiate and manage OTA commercial terms, ranking, and promotions to balance volume vs. margin. • Drive direct-channel growth (web, & repeat customers) to reduce commission dependency. • Manage the commercial relationship with the global partner sales and revenue team. 4. Corporate Short-term Cross-Sell • Own the Corporate Short-term desk and lead client acquisition — including meeting and pitching prospective corporate accounts directly. • Capture short-term rental revenue from the corporate client base in coordination with the Corporate Business team. 5. Commercial Fleet Input (product owner, not operator) • Provide demand-based fleet-mix and fleet-sizing recommendations (vehicle class, volume) to Branch Operations and fleet planning. • Ensure pricing reflects fleet cost, vehicle age, and utilization economics. 6. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead and develop the Channel & Pricing and Corporate Short-term teams. • Partner with the Branch Operation Head on availability vs. demand and the shared Utilization target. • Work with Marketing on campaigns and promotions, and with Finance on yield and margin alignment. • Provide regular performance updates and clear action plans to the Managing Director. Qualifications & Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience • 3-5 years in a commercial role — such as sales, key account management, business development, channel / partnership management, or revenue / yield management; at least 3 years leading a team or owning a business-unit top-line. • Open to diverse industry backgrounds — hospitality, airlines, OTA / e-commerce, automotive, retail / FMCG, logistics, or mobility platforms (Grab, Bolt, or similar). A revenue-growth and pricing / mix orientation is valued; an equally strong sales and key-account track record is welcome. • Car rental industry experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement. Skills & Competencies • Strong revenue management mindset and data-driven decision making (rate, mix, channel, utilization analysis). • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into pricing and channel execution. • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills, particularly with OTA and global partners. • High proficiency in English — written and spoken (required for the EHI global team). • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with revenue management systems or CRM is a plus.
Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
