Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer/Leader to join our team. As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer/Leader, you will be involved in Sales Operation (new customer approach & technical discussion) and Customer Account Management. Our semiconductor equipment may vary in different engineering process. Responsibilities: · Expand and penetrate semiconductor equipment and part by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. · Prepare and deliver technical presentation explaining products and services to the potential and existing customer. · Work closely with the Principal/ Factory to convey the right messages from customer and discuss for solutions. · Promptly follow up with solution to answer customer question, problem or feedback. · Identify market trend information and assist in defining new products opportunity. · Arrange and coordinate the after sales activities to ensure the project is successfully accepted by the customer. Requirements: · Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/ Robotics/ Automation), Marketing or related disciplines. · Required skill: Product Presentation, Communication & Presentation Skill (In English & Mandarin, both spoken and written) and Negotiation Skill. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. · Presentable, people with friendly personality. · Computer Literate and familiar with all Microsoft Application. · Preferably with min. 5 years working experience in LED/Semiconductor Equipment. · Those from business or marketing background with related industrial experience will be considered.
