Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Officer – Knowledge Management to drive Betagro's enterprise-wide Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated KM strategies, frameworks, and governance to ensure critical knowledge is effectively captured, shared, and embedded into daily business operations. Working closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and KM Integrators across all Business Units, you will help strengthen organizational learning, improve operational excellence, reduce knowledge loss, and support innovation throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Management Strategy Develop and execute enterprise Knowledge Management strategies aligned with business objectives. Design and enhance KM frameworks, governance, taxonomy, and best practices. Identify Critical Knowledge and close knowledge gaps across business functions. Knowledge Capture & Transfer Lead initiatives to capture Tacit Knowledge and convert it into reusable organizational knowledge. Establish Knowledge Transfer programs for critical roles and succession planning. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and digital content. Knowledge Sharing & Learning Culture Build and facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs) and Knowledge Networks. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning. Integrate best practices, lessons learned, and SOPs into daily workflows. KM Consulting & Business Partnership Serve as the Center of Excellence (COE) for Knowledge Management. Partner with Business Units to design practical KM solutions that improve business performance. Provide consultation and facilitate KM workshops across the organization. Digital KM & Analytics Lead KM-related digital platforms and technology initiatives. Monitor KM effectiveness through analytics, adoption metrics, and business impact. Recommend continuous improvements based on data and organizational needs. Project Management Manage KM projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive successful implementation of enterprise KM initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, Knowledge Management, Information Technology, Political Science, or related fields. Master's degree or professional certification in Knowledge Management or Organization Development is an advantage. Minimum 5–8 years of HR, Organization Development, or Knowledge Management experience. At least 5 years of direct experience leading Knowledge Management initiatives. Experience designing and implementing KM frameworks, digital platforms, or enterprise knowledge systems. Strong project management experience.
