Responsibilities Responsible for Merchandising management; Work closely with OEM customers to understand their needs and requirements; analyzing sales data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; Maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded; Work closely with factory and internal parties to ensure production is on schedule and meet the requirement of quality, specification and shipment date; Source and review new suppliers’ capabilities to establish long term strategic vendor management program; Supervising and training a team of merchandising associates to ensure they deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets; To review and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with Company requirement. Requirements Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines; At least 5 years' merchandising management experience, preferably in Health supplement / Pharmaceutical Products / Food; Initiative, stable, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good computer skills in MS Word and Excel, experience in using ERP system is preferable; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin); Immediately available is an advantage.
