Training & Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on job competencies for each position. Identify training needs by assessing the strengths and development areas of each department, and develop annual training and employee development plans or training programs as required under service agreements. Organize and coordinate both in-house and public training programs according to the training plan. Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and relevant stakeholders to develop and improve training courses. Update and improve training programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements, ISO standards, and changes in work procedures. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure training programs run smoothly. Manage and maintain the certification process for training courses with the Department of Skill Development (DSD). Academy Support Propose and implement improvements to training programs to enhance training quality and standards. Coordinate with trainers and relevant stakeholders regarding training course details and Academy project activities. Confirm and finalize participant lists for each training program. Prepare training reports and evaluate training effectiveness after each program. Prepare expense approval requests related to training activities, including trainer fees, meals, venue costs, and staff allowances.
