Your role at Finoverse Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors once the contract is signed, owning all client enquiries end to end Build trusted, long-term relationships with sponsor stakeholders, ensuring contractual entitlements are understood and delivered Source, evaluate, and confirm event venues in line with sponsor requirements, budget, and brand guidelines Event Management Organize sponsors’ events, such as networking receptions, luncheon, C-level breakfast, roundtables, workshops, etc Negotiate venue and vendor contracts and event logistics (AV, staging, branding, F&B, etc.) Run all event production, ensuring the on-site experience matches agreed specifications including signage, sponsor branding, decoration and stage design Develop detailed operation plans well ahead of each event, covering timelines, staffing, logistics, and contingency planning Handle RSVP for sponsors through Samantha AI, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting Manage budgets related to venue, production, and sponsor servicing costs Manage event operations on the day, resolving issues and ensuring all sponsor commitments are honoured Track RSVP/attendance data and event KPIs, and lead post-event debriefs to capture sponsor’s feedback Abilities we are looking for 3-5 years of experience in account management, event management, or a hybrid client-facing event role, ideally within fintech, conferences, or corporate events Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Organizational Skills: Extremely organized and adept at juggling various responsibilities while adhering to deadlines. Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges that may arise during event planning and execution. Startup Experience: Experience working in startups or small teams is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness. Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a broad range of speakers, sponsors and VIPs. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and drive. Rapid Response: Capability to react quickly to situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and implement improvements in procedures and workflows. Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while remaining adaptable to change. Event Quality Focus: A confident and friendly demeanor, committed to ensuring high-quality events and enhancing the overall experiences of all participants.
