Role Summary Support the Chairman’s Office in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting strategic research, and preparing executive-level analyses to support business and investment decisions Key Responsibilities: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research Perform financial analysis and valuation Support due diligence and investment evaluations Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations Monitor portfolio companies and market developments Support strategic initiatives and cross-border projects Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Transaction Advisory Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese a must Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Commercial and investment acumen Excellent presentation and communication skills Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking Ability to work independently and under pressure
