IT Manager

About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and support business applications and infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with local management, regional teams, and global stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities IT Project Management Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation. Manage business applications, enhancements, and change requests. Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and system support. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions. Support incident management and user access administration. IT Governance & Information Security Support IT governance, compliance, and information security initiatives. Identify risks and recommend process improvements. Ensure alignment with global IT policies, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with regional and international IT teams on strategic initiatives. Monitor and manage the IT budget. Digital Transformation Drive technology initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Support the implementation of AI and digital workplace solutions. Lead business transformation and continuous improvement projects. IT Infrastructure Management Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, including: Network (LAN/WAN) Servers End-user devices Meeting room technology Printers Access management Coordinate with external vendors to maintain reliable IT services. Provide hands-on support for infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting when required. End User Support Deliver IT support to business users and resolve day-to-day technical issues. Manage IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle management. Coordinate outsourced IT support providers to ensure service quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or IT Support. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and IT service management. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot is preferred. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills. Good understanding of IT governance, information security, and change management. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English .
