Facilitation of Export & Import shipments Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and transport carriers Providing clients with exceptional customer service Import/Export Document Processing and Creation Arranging & checking documentation Coordinating import Customs clearance with the Customs broker Checking & approving creditor invoices Issuing debtor invoices updating all information in tracking system Communicate with overseas agent and client for order and shipment arrangement and keep the client updated Preferred At least 3 years experience in logistic industry Good English is mandatory Familiar with export and import procedure
