Business Analyst

As part of our IT Delivery team, you will report directly to the Crew Lead to drive enhancements and deliver impactful projects across core business applications. Working closely with your stakeholders, other Business Analysts and Developers, you will be involved in the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, supporting inception of enhancements and new features through to delivery into production. You will work across both business-as-usual improvement initiatives and project delivery activities, contributing to a diverse portfolio of work that supports the ongoing evolution and success of our technology landscape. Day to day, you will: Work closely with your stakeholders to understand the problems we are trying to solve and gather requirements to facilitate outcomes which fully meets customer needs Analyse problems, identify priorities, and provide sound solutions and feedback Review incoming enhancements for feasibility, estimated work content and urgency Collaborate closely with Developers to implement requirements Prepare and execute functional and regression testing Partnering with and providing guidance to QA's where applicable Develop trusted customer relationships through a focus on exceeding customer expectations. What we’ll love about you: You will have a strong foundation of BA skills, coupled with a sense of ownership, urgency and self-drive. Being naturally curious, you will have an eagerness to understand the Insurance industry and our technical landscape to ensure you are able to guide and influence your stakeholders to design solutions that meet the business and customer needs.
