IT & DIGITAL SOLUTION MANAGER

Job Summary Join our team as an IT & Digital Solutions Manager and lead the Group's digital transformation initiatives by delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions. You will drive enterprise system implementation and digital innovation while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, operational needs, and Group IT standards. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the Group’s IT & Digital Solutions strategy in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, business applications, digital platforms, and automation solutions across the Group. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions. Review and approve solution designs, system architecture, and integration approaches to ensure compliance with Group IT standards, security requirements, and best practices. Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including project planning, implementation, testing, deployment, user acceptance, and post-implementation support. Manage multiple digital transformation and system implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Drive technology standardisation across subsidiaries by establishing common platforms, processes, and solution governance. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics to improve business performance and operational efficiency. Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business value through defined KPIs, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guidelines. Manage relationships with external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, including solution evaluation, contract management, and service performance. Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the IT & Digital Solutions team while fostering collaboration with business units and subsidiary IT teams. Ensure all implemented solutions comply with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT solution delivery, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience in ERP, enterprise systems, business applications, system integration, and digital transformation projects. Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects and cross-functional stakeholders. Good understanding of solution architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the manufacturing industry or a multi-site organisation will be an added advantage. Professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or equivalent are an added advantage. Willing to travel to subsidiaries within Malaysia and overseas when required.
