Facilitator of Company’s Code of Conduct and Timekeeping Policy Drafts and compose Notice To Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (ND), Written Warnings (WW), memorandums (suspensions, terminations, etc.) and other forms of disciplinary sanctions for all 3,000+ employees (stores, hotels, construction, automotive, etc.) in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines; Conducts Administrative Hearings/Conferences in the observance of due process (twin requirement of notice and hearing); Reviews the facts of the case and the minutes of the administrative hearing/conference in order to come up with an accurate and fair resolution of the case; Conducts further investigation that includes interviewing witnesses, securing oral and/or written testimonies, additional evidence, existence of aggravating or mitigating circumstances, and other information as needed for the speedy and impartial resolution of the case; Facilitates the orientation of the company Code of Conduct. Composes and updates IR documents for the strict observance of due process; Drafts other HR forms as needed (WPP’s, Memos, Etc.); Prepares weekly monitoring report for administrative cases (number of cases, status, gravity, frequency, etc.); Counsels and provide guidance to employees with work-related issues and problems as one of the main point of contact between the company and its employees; Provides suggestions and possible solutions to various issues and concerns within the HR Department during meetings and brainstorming; Composes and drafts memorandums regarding policies among the stores and hotels; Other position specific duties as instructed by the Human Resource Manager
