The company offers a wide range of equipment, including plate heat exchangers, homogenisers, separators, pumps, valves and mixers. About the Role We are seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team based in Hamilton. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this role is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and field service for SPX Flow equipment across New Zealand’s food processing, pharmaceutical, and related industries. Key Responsibilities Strip, test, and refurbish plate heat exchangers. Service and repair homogenisers, separators, valves, and pumps at client sites. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely and professional service delivery. Prepare quotes and service reports for customers. Support the wider service team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. About you Previous experience in food processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, or similar industries. A relevant trade qualification (mechanical, electrical, or engineering). Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Good English communication skills and reasonable computer literacy. Physically fit and capable of performing labour-intensive tasks.
