We are looking for a passionate Live Commerce Specialist to support our live commerce operations by planning, coordinating, and optimizing livestream activities that drive audience engagement and business growth. Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate live commerce campaigns across social media platforms, primarily TikTok Live and Facebook Live. Develop live schedules, run-of-show plans, promotional activities, and product priorities for each livestream. Coordinate with hosts, teachers, KOLs, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth live sessions. Support livestream execution by monitoring performance and resolving operational issues during live sessions. Monitor key live commerce metrics such as viewers, engagement, product clicks, conversion rate, GMV, and sales performance. Analyze livestream performance and prepare daily, weekly, and campaign reports with actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve live content, audience engagement, and conversion performance. Stay updated on live commerce trends, platform features, and competitor activities to recommend new ideas and best practices. Support employer branding and promotional campaigns related to live commerce when required. About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Live Commerce, E-commerce, Social Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related role. Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating livestreams on TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, or similar platforms. Good understanding of livestream operations, audience engagement, and basic sales planning. Experience coordinating with hosts, influencers, or KOLs is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and during live sessions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Good command of Thai and basic English.
