Social Media Video Producer (Videographer & Editor) 📍 Redbank, QLD Full-time Do you love creating videos that people actually want to watch? We're looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to join our team and help produce engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This isn't corporate video production. You'll be capturing real people, interesting projects and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning them into polished, entertaining content. If you're constantly thinking about camera angles, transitions, pacing, storytelling and what makes a great thumbnail or Reel, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role You'll be responsible for: Planning and filming engaging video content. Editing long-form YouTube videos. Creating Shorts, Reels and TikToks. Colour grading and audio cleanup. Working with our team to develop creative ideas. Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day content. Managing media files and project organisation. Occasionally photographing products, projects and the workshop. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability through previous work. To apply, you must provide a portfolio, showreel or examples of videos you've filmed and edited yourself. Whether that's: YouTube videos Instagram Reels TikToks Commercial work Personal projects Freelance work We would like to see what you've created. Essential Skills Strong video editing skills. Good understanding of storytelling and pacing. Confident using Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. Basic colour grading. Good audio editing. Able to work independently and creatively. Strong organisational skills. Bonus Skills Not essential, but highly regarded: After Effects Motion graphics Photography Drone operation Lighting Product videography YouTube optimisation Thumbnail creation Graphic design About You You're someone who: Loves creating content. Notices the little details. Takes pride in producing polished work. Is reliable and organised. Enjoys working with people. Can take an idea and bring it to life.
