Qualifications. · Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field., Fresh graduates are welcome. · Experience in IT Support, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Network Support, or IT Infrastructure will be an advantage. · Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Computer Hardware, and Networking. · Able to communicate in English for daily work and email correspondence. · Positive attitude and strong service mind. · Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills. · Able to work onsite, support users, and work overtime when required. Job Responsibilities. · Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, and related devices. · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. · Support end users and ensure smooth daily IT operations. · Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure. · Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks for IT systems and equipment. · Record, track, and follow up on incidents and service requests. · Coordinate with internal users and external vendors to resolve technical issues. · Assist in IT documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. · Perform other IT infrastructure and support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
