Product Specialist Manager Hire Period : 2 Year Contract Salary : 180,000 - 200,000 THB Location: Ratchayotin, Thailand Experience Required: 6+ Years Product Management, Credit Card Portfolio Management, Retail Banking Industry: Banking / Cards & Payments / Financial Services About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist Manager to drive the strategy, development, and performance of credit card products. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimizing portfolio performance, and identifying growth opportunities that enhance customer value and business profitability. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop product strategies, launch new initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management Key Responsibilities Develop and execute credit card product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle, including product design, value proposition, pricing, and feature enhancements. Monitor and manage product P&L, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and portfolio performance. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement optimization strategies based on insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and launches. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Credit Card Portfolio Management, Retail Banking, Consulting, or related fields. Strong understanding of credit card business fundamentals, including P&L management, revenue drivers, cost structures, and profitability optimization. Proven experience in product development, proposition design, and pricing strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actions and measurable outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
