Great opportunity to work closely with overseas regional HQ Drive and execute regional HR strategies at the country level, aligning HR initiatives with local business needs, culture, and regulatory requirements. Partner with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent development, leadership development, and organizational design initiatives. Lead organizational change and business transformation projects, managing stakeholder engagement, communication, and successful implementation. Act as the key liaison between local HR and Regional HQ, monitoring the effectiveness of HR initiatives and providing strategic insights to support continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field 8–10 years of HRBP, HRD experience in any industry (Japanese company is a plus) Strong expertise in organizational development, leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Good understanding of Thai labor laws and employment regulations. Intermediate/Business English proficiency with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
