We are a fast-growing luxury watch and jewelry retail company in Hong Kong undergoing major expansion. We are currently seeking a presentable, proactive, and customer focused Senior Sales Associate / Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily store operations. Maximize watch(PP, AP, RM, .etc) and jewelry sales by achieving individual sales targets and help to achieve the shop targets Build customer/VIP database and maintain customer relationship Handling customers’ enquiries Maintain the highest standard of store environment Responsible for the daily store operations, including product display and inventory management Perform other related duties as assigned when necessary Requirements: Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in watch and jewelry retailing Passionate in timepieces and jewelry, able to deliver high-standard service to customers Experience in luxury watch, jewelry, gemstone, and jade sales is preferable Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with an energetic, pleasant, outgoing personality and positive working attitude Good team player with strong collaboration skills Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good command of written and spoken English Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00/11:00-20:00, Monday to Sunday (Shift Basis) *Interested parties please send your full resume with your current and expected salary.
