About the role: Buying a home is a major life moment. As a Home Lender in ANZ's Contact Centre team, you'll support customers through their lending journey by phone and digital channels. You'll provide clarity, empathy and guidance while helping customers feel confident in their next step. What you'll be doing: Support customers with home lending enquiries and everyday banking needs Guide customers through the end-to-end lending journey with clarity and care Explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions within ANZ's advice model Balance customer outcomes with risk, compliance and responsible lending obligations What you'll bring: Current lending or transferable credit experience in credit assessment and customer support Confidence interpreting financial information and applying sound risk judgement Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first communication style A calm, practical approach when supporting customers with digital, card or fraud-related issues A growth mindset and the right to work and live in New Zealand Flexibility, training and hours: Full 8-week training programme provided, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm whilst training Permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week Rostered shifts Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch based opportunities 50% hybrid working available once fully up to speed, subject to performance and adherence What's in it for you: Competitive salary package, plus KiwiSaver Laptop and home office set-up provided Access to wellbeing services and discounts on selected ANZ products and services A supportive team environment with opportunities to build deep home lending expertise The chance to be part of ANZ's multi-year Te Ao Māori strategy, Tākiri-Ā-Rangi Why Join ANZ?
