Supply Chain Director (~80K) (FMCG)

(Ref Number: jobs@0807_TC) Our client, a well-established company in FMCG / food industry, is now looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position: Supply Chain Director (~80K + bonus) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations across transportation, warehousing, and all supply chain functions. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee team leadership, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations. Manage key client relationships and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations. Drive operational KPIs, budgeting, and resource planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in cold chain, food, or FMCG logistics is highly preferred. 3PL or in-house logistics operations are also acceptable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
