RESPONSIBILITY Financial & Management Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with financial analysis and business insights. Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), explain key variances, and develop dashboards/KPIs for management. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of financial reports. Support statutory reporting, year-end closing, and provide financial recommendations to management and business partners. Identify business improvement, investment, and cost optimization opportunities. Financial Planning, Forecasting and Business Analysis Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. Prepare budgets, forecasts, business cases, and scenario/sensitivity analyses to support decision-making. Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, and working capital. Evaluate financial performance by product, business unit, or project, and recommend actions to improve business results. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and strategic initiatives. Year-end Closing, Compliance and Process Improvement Support month-end/year-end closing and review journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments. Coordinate with Tax, Internal Control, and External Auditors to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Improve reporting efficiency through automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and strengthen internal controls. Team development Coach and develop the Finance & Accounting team. Enhance finance processes, reporting capabilities, and collaboration across business functions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA is a plus). 5–8 years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Automotive, or FMCG. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, tax, and accounting standards. Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Oracle is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and English skills.
