Position: Accounting Manager – Hotel (Koh Pha-ngan) 60-80K Based: Koh Pha-ngan Recruiter: Jan (O86-3784O83), sirinapa(at)mriww.co.th Summary Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, cash management, and business analysis while supporting the successful launch and ongoing financial performance of the Hotel. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead month-end/year-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Establish and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, and cost control during the pre-opening phase. Support the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements. Lead and develop the Finance team while partnering with Resort Management and Corporate teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls. Experience with ERP, PMS, POS, or hospitality accounting systems is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in Thai and English.
