Job Description: Participates in requirements gathering, IT solution analysis, design, development, implementation and validation of new IT systems. Involves in customisations, modifications and redevelopments of application to ensure essential local business operations and supports. Involves in maintenance and performance enhancement of existing IT tools systems, correcting system bug and redeploy the program if it is needed. Involves in IT projects management, implementation, documentation, training and system support. Providing IT support for all company internal users to ensure the sustainability of IT systems. Responsible for the server, storage, small data centre and cloud platform issue ticket handing. Responsible to customer communication, perform preventive maintenance inspection, and rectify the fault for Huawei server, storage, small data centre and cloud platform product. Candidate's Requirement: 1. Strong knowledge in at least two programming skills (Excel VBA/Tableau/Power BI/Java/.net/SQL language/database development) 2. Ability to communicate well with business manager to understand their business requirements. 3. Posses knowledge in ERP and enterprise IT solutions. 4. Required Degree in Engineering & IT related background or equivalent (HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holder are preferable).
