Description A Research Analyst is in charge of executing analytical & numerical works at QTFT and providing technical support for QTFT's clients. Responsibilities Client engagement: follow a team leader to formulate problems into data analytic / machine learning / optimisation; Identify relevant POC projects, quantum advantage and quantum roadmap; Provide computational solutions using classical / quantum techniques Software development: Developing core optimisation and machine learning tools using classical and quantum-inspired techniques such as tensor networks Outreach: Dedicating around 10% of the time for outreach projects such as giving talks, writing articles, hosting events, helping pre-production with QTFT's media partners Requirements B. Sc. or M. Sc. in STEM / quantum technologies / machine learning At least 3-year experiences in Python / C++ Solid analytical thinking Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
