Requirements: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in managerial level; Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology or related disciplines; Strong business acumen, market intuition, personal integrity, and interest in F&B; Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, executive-level strategic recommendations; Strong leadership with can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and creative mind; Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Familiar with latest technologies for marketing promotions, design and CRM analytics.
