We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Operation Staff with previous experience in travel operations to join our team. Responsibilities Handle operational transfer bookings , scheduling, and logistic arrangements Communicate effectively with transportation providers, tour guides, and customers Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support before, during, and after transfers and tours Monitor quality and assist in resolving operational issues Maintain accurate records and reports related to tours and staff Support overall team efforts with a positive and proactive attitude Requirements Previous experience in tour operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Good command of English Trustworthy, reliable, and a team player Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (When/ if required)
