Accounting and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and finance operations across all entities within the group Prepare and consolidate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize efficiency while ensuring compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Analyze rental income, cost structures, and profitability by project/location Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and reporting systems Act as a strategic advisor to management on financial and business matters Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of taxation (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax) Experience managing multiple entities or group companies is highly preferred Strong analytical mindset with solid business acumen Experience in leasing, real estate, or industrial-related businesses is an advantage Ability to work with international clients or cross-border business environments Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools CPA qualification Experienced retired professionals are welcome to apply
