Job Purpose The HKBAC Management Trainee Programme is a structured 24-month fast-track development programme designed to nurture high-potential talent into future supervisors, assistant managers and emerging leaders of HKBAC. The programme provides broad exposure to HKBAC's business aviation operations, premium customer service, frontline operations and selected support functions through cross-departmental rotations, on-the-job training, mentorship, project assignments and performance reviews. Trainees will develop practical business knowledge, operational awareness, service excellence, leadership capability and commercial understanding while gaining hands-on experience across different business functions. Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees may be considered for appointment to a suitable position according to their performance, strengths, career interests, business needs, vacancy availability and management approval. Key Responsibilities Participate in structured job rotation across assigned departments to gain broad exposure to HKBAC’s business and operations. Support daily operations, customer coordination, service delivery, documentation and departmental assignments under supervision. Learn and comply with HKBAC’s service standards, safety requirements, operational procedures, airport regulations and internal policies. Assist in customer-facing, frontline operational and internal coordination activities, where required. Support assigned projects, business improvement initiatives and programme-related assignments. Prepare reports, analysis, presentations or recommendations as required by supervisors or management. Attend assigned training, coaching sessions, departmental briefings and performance review meetings. Demonstrate continuous improvement in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, service mindset and leadership readiness. Complete final project / presentation and other programme assessment requirements, where applicable. Perform other duties as assigned by the Company. Programme Features The programme may include rotational assignments across the following functions: Integrated Service Centre (ISC) Customer Experience Line Service Operations Selected Corporate Support Functions Final Project / Host Department Assignment The actual rotation sequence, duration and assignments may be adjusted according to business requirements, operational needs and trainee development progress. Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably Aviation, Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Logistics, Human Resources, Communications or related fields. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of work experience are welcome. Keen interest in pursuing a career in the aviation industry. Strong interest in airport operations, premium customer service and people development. Outgoing, self-motivated and responsible. Fast learner with strong willingness to learn and take up challenges. Good team player with positive attitude and service mindset. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing. Able to work on shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays where required. Able to work in a dynamic airport operational environment.
