We're now looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Team Leader, who knows how to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What you'll be doing: Leading and supervising roofing crews on commercial projects. Planning daily work schedules and ensuring projects stay on track. Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and site safety. Training, mentoring and supporting team members. Liaising with project managers, clients, subcontractors & suppliers. Ensuring every job is delivered in full, on time, under budget and to an exceptionally high standard of quality. About you… Technically astute roofing / cladding professional, who’s looking for the next positive step in their career Proven experience in the roofing industry, ideally on both residential and commercial projects. Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to guide teams of roof fixers across multiple projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Physically fit and confident working at heights Positive attitude towards the achievement of a ‘zero-harm’ working environment. Current driver's licence (essential).
