Requirements: School Certificate or above Experience in promotion and customer service would be an advantage Outgoing, proactive, and confident in interacting with different stakeholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work on-site at shopping malls Working hours: 6 hours per day, not more than 16 hours per week Immediate available preferred Hourly rate: $100 Responsibilities: Provide training and operation support to tenants on Instant Point Earn function and other new initiatives of “The Point”, SHKP’s integrated mall loyalty program Provide on-site training, guidance, and operational support to tenants to ensure smooth adoption of new features Collect tenant feedback and insights, and report to “The Point” Rewards Team for continuous improvement Test and examine tenant’s performance, and provide constructive feedback Interested parties please apply with full resume, present and expected salary, available date by clicking "Apply Now".
