We are looking to fill the following Research and Develop Job Responsibilities : Research and develop cosmetic formulas : Hair Care, Toiletries, Skincare, Home Care, Pet care Study trends in the cosmetics and health and beauty related markets. Presenting various products according to customer needs. Conduct tests to determine stability and product quality. Prepare relevant documentation, such as Product Information Files (PIF) and safety certifications. Respond to customer needs and consistent with the company's established policies and quality. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or higher in cosmetic science, chemistry or other related fields. Good personality, leadership qualities Be creative, honest, patient, meticulous and have a good attitude. At least 1-5 years of experience in researching and developing cosmetic product formulas. Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, such as active ingredients, moisturizers, preservatives, etc. Understanding of cosmetic production processes and relevant standards such as FDA or international regulations. Excellent English communication and TOEIC proficiency. Able to present products to both domestic and international customers.
