Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and sales insights to predict future customer demand Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather demand signals and incorporate market intelligence into planning processes Manage inventory levels across distribution centres and retail locations to balance service level requirements with inventory investment and working capital efficiency Coordinate with production and supply teams to create realistic supply plans that align with demand forecasts and production capabilities Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stock-outs, and safety stock levels Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in demand and supply planning to enhance operational efficiency Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management detailing planning metrics, risks, and recommendations Manage supply chain risks by identifying potential disruptions and developing contingency plans Lead cross-functional planning meetings and facilitate communication between departments to resolve planning challenges Evaluate and recommend tools and systems to enhance planning capabilities and data visibility What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management roles Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable Proven expertise in demand forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods Experience with supply chain planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Excellent knowledge of retail and consumer products industry dynamics and practices Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with planning or analytics software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai; additional languages are advantageous Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence stakeholders at various levels Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
