The Role The job holder’s major responsibilities are to: Assist in gate operations including container weighing and inspection Monitor gate movement Handle shipping/car carrier documentation and container appointments Handle dutiable / detained / damaged / rejected container Provide counter service for trucker Process data in a timely, accurate manner Handle hotline enquiry The Person The ideal candidate should have / be: Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above, with at least 2 years of clerical experience Knowledge and experience in handling shipping document and terminal operations is an advantage Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills Good team player and customer oriented Willing to perform jobs on shift basis (including overnight shift) We offer competitive remuneration package to the right candidate(s).
