Duties · Complete the handover of financial and accounting work, transitioning from agency bookkeeping to self-managed bookkeeping. · Complete the switch of financial data in the SAP system, be proficient in and effectively use SAP for accounting processing, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial accounts. · Manage and control General Ledger(GL) ,balance sheet, cash flow and month-end/year-end closing. · Manage Costing, Inventory Accounting and analyze Margin. · Prepare management reports and analyze data to support management decision-making. · Ensure finance statements and report accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. · Ensure cash flow forecast to fit the company finance activities. · Ensure tax filing and compliance with tax regulations. · Support and monitor compliance with BOI/Free zone conditions and prepare related report. Qualification · Bachelor degree in accounting · Experience in accounting more than 4 years · Experience in BOI compliance · Expertise in costing/ inventory · English communication skill, if Chinese communication skill will be an advantage
