Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities: Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare customized monthly financial reporting; Prepare GST report for quarterly submission; Perform monthly payroll processing and analyse the fluctuation; Prepare and review the individual tax clearance (eg. Form IR21 and IR8A) Prepare financial statements for compliance purpose; Liaise with the auditors to ensure the timely completion of the audit; Prepare yearly reporting in XBRL format; To perform ad hoc duties as requested. Job requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the junior position. Candidates with 3–5 years of relevantworking experience will be considered for the senior position. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a high level of integrity Good time management skills and able to perform under tight deadlines Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Flexible, with an inquisitive mind and a strong willingness to learn and take on new finance-related tasks Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with accounting and ERP systems, particularly QuickBook, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP,etc. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a must.
