Our client is a Investment Banking /Securities Brokerage. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high calibre candidates to join the team ECM Analyst/Associate (HK$30K-45K ) - Investment Banking /Securities Brokerage Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing, syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPO), share placements, block trades and other fundraising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region Responsible for the vetting of all equity capital market deals accepted by the Company Acquire and develop professional investor business relationships Business development and expansion plan of our ECM team in Hong Kong Liaise and coordinate with Institutional Sales and Corporate Finance Responsible for full cycle origination, execution, and distribution of ECM and equity-linked transactions, including but not limited to Initial Public Offerings (IPO), share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region Perform transaction valuation and structuring, provide regulatory & financial advices Coordinate with sales force to arrange NDRs and Roadshows to secure investors, assist in bookbuilding Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned by management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field at 1-2 years of ECM exp in Investment banking or in Securities Brokerage firm Strong industry experts and clients network Demonstrate proven experience in ECM executions with high level of motivation and commitment to deliver Good communication and presentation skills Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin If you're interested, please don't delay and click APPLY NOW; or for more information, you can reach out to Dolly Chan at dolly.chan@asiaprogress.com OR office 3468 7398 with your resume.
