Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize sales channels by formulating responsive and effective sales strategies and policies to achieve Headquarter KPI targets. Develop and promote cargo products and commercial initiatives in line with market demand and the Company's network development plans. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, business partners, and agents while actively exploring new business opportunities in global markets. Monitor market trends, collect and analyse industry intelligence, identify business challenges, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance sales performance and market competitiveness. Perform sales administration and reporting duties, including but not limited to the preparation of agreements, tariff and rate filings, ad hoc pricing updates, sales circulars, sales performance tracking, achievement calculations, and management reports. Coordinate and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Revenue Management, Capacity/Space Control, Interline, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth business execution and alignment of commercial objectives. Support special projects, channel development initiatives, and other assignments as directed by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, or related industries, with a focus on sales, marketing, or commercial management; supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and market data. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools is an added advantage. Willingness to travel overseas as required. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
