IT Infrastructure Project Manager (1 Y Contract - Onsite, Retail Industry)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure projects, including network deployments, WAN migrations, store technology rollouts, boutique openings, renovations, and other strategic IT initiatives. The role requires strong ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment across regional and local markets. What You Will Do Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and retail IT projects (network upgrades, WAN migration, Next Generation Network, store openings & renovations) Independently define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate across regional markets, internal teams, and external vendors Drive project governance including scope control, deliverables, milestones, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management Manage stakeholders from retail operations, business units, and HQ IT to ensure alignment and clear communication Lead vendor and partner relationships (system integrators, cabling contractors, network service providers) Minimise business disruption during store openings, renovations, or infrastructure changes Produce clear executive-level status reports, presentations, and risk escalations Mentor junior project managers or coordinators when required What You Will Need Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience (planning, design, and execution) Proven track record delivering infrastructure or retail IT projects (preferably 3+ luxury retail store openings, renovations, or technology rollouts) Experience with multi-country / regional project delivery is highly preferred Solid understanding of retail IT environments (POS systems, network infrastructure, store systems) Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders Ability to challenge scope, manage ambiguity, and drive timely decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred Fluent English (spoken and written) for regional stakeholder communication Proficiency in Thai (spoken and written) for local coordination and vendor management
