About the role The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting network solutions for client projects. The role requires independent execution of technical tasks, professional conduct at client sites, and consistent delivery of quality work in line with company standards. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and configure network solutions for assigned client projects Perform on-site installation, migration, and commissioning of network systems Troubleshoot and resolve network issues during implementation and support phases Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, routing, and basic network security Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, vendors, and client technical teams Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including as-built drawings, configuration records, and handover and completion reports Provide post-implementation support during warranty and SLA periods Participate in site surveys, Proof of Concept (PoC), and technical discussions with clients Perform detailed site inspections and submit technical reports Comply with company technical standards, safety rules, and site regulations About you Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks Strong understanding of VLAN and IP addressing Strong understanding of routing fundamentals Strong understanding of network security best practices Practical experience in switch, firewall, and wireless device configuration Practical experience in on-site implementation and troubleshooting Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Network Related Major), Information Technology, or related field, or Diploma with strong hands-on experience Preferred / Advantage Experience with enterprise networking vendors such as: Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba, Fortinet, Sangfor, HPE, Alcatel-Lucent, or equivalent Knowledge of Wi-Fi design, site surveys, and large-scale deployments Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) Experience supporting enterprise or government clients

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
